As long as I can remember, I’ve always been drawn to beautiful designs, fashion and creating things. After a 20 year career in marketing, I decided to leave the busyness of the corporate world and spend more time closer to home with my husband Charles and our family. 

  Coming from a marketing background; fashion, jewelry and accessories were always just a hobby. Once I knew that this is what I was passionate about, I realized that this is what I would dedicate the second half of my career to -  and I wanted to share it with my friends, my community and the world. 

I founded Flow Activewear in 2014 - a multi-brand activewear boutique. It soon transformed itself into a women’s contemporary boutique featuring over 35 designer brands from North America and Europe. We relocated the boutique in 2016 to the village of Ancaster and rebranded to what is now FLOW by nicole. 

FLOW by nicole is a not just a boutique, but rather a lifestyle business fuelled by inspiration, experience and community.
