During this unprecedented time, All online purchases within CANADA are available for a FULL REFUND within 10 days of purchase until further notice.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER
To return or exchange item(s) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.Once you have received your RA number, you may return your package to the address below. Please enclose the original packing receipt and write your RA number on the outside of the package.
IN STORE PURCHASES - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Regular Priced Merchandise:
All returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.
All sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.
No returns will be accepted on jewellery, lingerie or bath & beauty products.
RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS
All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached. Any item(s) with an indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Any returns received outside the eligible return window, will either be returned for store credit only or will be returned to the customer.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERING
We do our very best to ensure that our website is as current as possible, however occasionally items ordered may be out of stock. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you by email and process a swift refund.
We are happy to help you find an alternate option or attempt to special order the item from your original purchase. If any items are special ordered, payment will be collected up front, upon placement of the order.
