For items purchased as gifts this holiday season, we will gladly extend our refund policy until December 31st 2016.

All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of item delivery date for full refund eligibility. All purchases must be returned in their original condition. Merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered; and must have original tags attached accompanied by the original receipt.

Please include the item name, and/or description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If the return or exchange is authorized, we will then email you a return authorization form and pre-paid return shipping label. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. FLOW is not liable for any returns made without a Return Authorization.

Please be advised that non-domestic and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and duties will not be refunded.
